Holland Zelfstandig handles the information you share through this website with care. This notice explains what happens when you send an enquiry.
Who processes your data?
Holland Zelfstandig, Torenlaan 5B, 1402 AT Bussum, manages this website and enquiries submitted through the contact form. For questions about your data, use the contact form or write to this address.
Which data and why?
When you request advice, we receive your name, company name and the contact details you choose to provide. You may also add a message voluntarily. We record the time of the enquiry and a reference number.
We use this information to answer your question, contact you and discuss a possible collaboration or proposal. We do so to take steps at your request before a potential contract, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored securely in our Railway hosting environment. Enquiry details are only accessible through secure administration. We do not sell your data. If our delivery partner needs to review your enquiry, we discuss with you which information will be shared.
Hosting providers may process technical data to operate and secure the website. Where processing takes place outside the European Economic Area, appropriate transfer safeguards must apply.
How long do we keep an enquiry?
Form enquiries are kept in the website’s storage for a maximum of six months and then automatically deleted. If a collaboration follows, the information needed for it may be kept in subsequent administration under the applicable agreements and legal obligations.
Cookies and video
This website does not use advertising cookies or visitor profiling. Videos and fonts are loaded from our own website. Only the protected administration area uses a necessary session cookie to keep administrators signed in.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data. Where applicable, you may also object to processing, request restriction or ask for your data to be transferred. We normally respond within one month and may ask you to verify your identity appropriately.
If you are dissatisfied with how your data is handled, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
