Yes, that is exactly the idea. You keep your own clients and professionals. Our delivery partner accepts the assignment and becomes the contractual client of your freelancers. We coordinate the transition with everyone involved.
What changes for my business?
You focus on relationships and new assignments. Through our delivery partner, we organise contracts with your client and freelancers, invoicing, receivables management and payments. We agree the responsibilities and your remuneration in advance.
How does the transfer of risk work?
We arrange for our delivery partner to take over the contractual client role and the agreed obligations and risks. Your proposal specifies which risks the partner assumes and what we organise for you. Everything is agreed before you start.
What does it cost and what is included?
Our service is paid through a small margin within the agreed price. In return, we organise contracts, administration, payments and the agreed transfer of risk to our delivery partner. Our margin is shown in advance in your proposal, suited to your billing model. The introduction and proposal are free. Optional faster payment carries a separate charge for the freelancer.
Do you help meet my clients’ requirements?
Yes. We identify the requirements for your freelancer engagements and arrange the necessary checks, contracts and records with our delivery partner. This includes identity verification, a self-employment assessment and digitally recorded agreements. You can then show your clients how the arrangement is organised. We tailor this to your sector and assignment.
Does sending a request commit me to anything?
No. We discuss your situation first. You then decide whether to work with us. The introduction and proposal carry no obligation.
